My partner and I took a tour over Austin as a Valentine's Day gift. We chose the tour that takes you over downtown and through the hill country over lake travis. It was an excellent tour and seamless experience. Our pilot, Drew, showed us the highlights of the city such as the capitol building, UT campus, some of the biggest houses in Westlake, the Oasis, and more. The feeling of flying over downtown was unreal, you get really close to the city. My partner said it made her feel grateful and I said it made me feel powerful lol.

I booked the Ultimate tour for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had a blast!! Our pilot was so fun and knowledgeable. The ride was smooth and it was amazing to see the views. Absolutely recommend booking this trip, you won’t be disappointed! :)

My best friend surprised me with a heli tour yesterday! Our pilot, Michelle, was absolutely amazing! She was waiting for us when we walked in and welcomed us warmly. It’s obvious she is doing what makes her happy. Her piloting skills reflected that. From the second we entered the building, it was 100% enjoyment. The flight was an absolute blast! Everything from the amazing view, feeling the helicopter’s “floaty-ness”, the simple chitchat to Michelle calling out “BIRD!” (yes, the bird was dodged successfully.) ALL of it was…Perfect. I had absolutely no clue where we were going until i turned into the airfield and saw 2 helicopters on the pad. It was like I was 15 again. I wanted to be a pilot when I was a kid and have always wanted to go up in a helicopter. Honestly, I never thought it would be something I’d ever be able to experience. Michelle and Luke reignited something in me I thought was long gone. Lastly, I just want to praise HeliTours for your superior and eclectic choice in talent. Michelle was a perfect fit for me and my bff’s vibe.

Out pilot, Luke, was amazing! He was very easy to talk to and reassuring. He gave us a full but not overly long safety talk before boarding the helicopter and told us what to expect beforehand so there were no surprises. The sunset tour itself is awe-inspiring. We flew over Darrell k Royal stadium, Austin FC stadium, auditorium shores, the pennybacker bridge, and so many other iconic Austin landmarks. It was for our wedding anniversary and did not disappoint!

A super special birthday present took me and my companion above, over and around the Circuit of the Americas course in South Austin just as preparations were underway for the big race. My boyfriend and I came on 11/05, and we had a blast! Our pilot Drew was wonderful and Robert at the front desk was just as great. Both were very professional and gave us some great memories to reflect back on. We didn’t realize we didn’t have cash for a tip so we went right down the road to an ATM but once we came back the gates were closed, we felt so bad 😕 Drew and Robert if y’all see this just know we are very thankful for such a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

The pilot and staff were very nice and the overall helicopter experience is something like no other. Seeing the city you live in from above is rare, but really cool if you can do it. Jose, our pilot, is an amazing & knowledgable pilot! From booking me, my brother, and my dad, to having to reschedule due to the snow storm, to flying us on our scheduled day; he was so easy to work with, very accommodating, super kind, & I highly recommend him! If you’re scared of heights or to fly, just know Jose dedicates his time teaching classes about flying helicopters (not sure what the correct term is) & also does the work by practicing the skill all the time. I truly enjoyed my experience and would do it again!

This was such an Awesome Father's Day gift that I surprised my husband with. He's a native Austin and still had never seen Austin like this before! It was pure excitement the moment we lifted off! We freaked out! lol! Neither of us had ever ridden in a helicopter and I am afraid of heights!!--but this was the safest roller coaster ride ever! The pilot was very professional and knowledgeable. If you have the money and want to find a great memorable gift for someone, take a helicopter tour! My husband has clothes and jewel and colognes, etc., but you can never compete with a great memory of something thrilling and adventurous! You will want to go again! We plan on taking our kids next time. It's only like 15 or 20 minutes, but trust me you are paying for an experience of a lifetime.

I've been here on my wedding anniversary. I was very worried about the bad weather, and arrived late because of heavy rain and traffic. But the pilot who arrived and greeted us was so kind and nice! Even after business hours, he waited for the weather to get better, so he proceeded with our tour. And the helicopter tour was so wonderful regardless of weather. And he was so kind until the end, and we had a really delicious dinner at the restaurant he recommended. I'm recommending this tour to everyone I know. The helicopter tour was the most enjoyable this year👍👍 And be sure to buy a teddy bear It's really cute🐻💕
